Back in the early 2000s, Mohammad Idrees, a hands-on fast-food operator in the North West, found himself constantly battling one issue: where do I get quality stock, fast, and at the right price?
There were big-name suppliers, but none truly understood the pace, pressure and passion that comes with running a food business. So he flipped the script. Instead of waiting for the right supplier, he became the supplier and ADZ Foods was born.
